The client's legacy tracking framework experienced high load latency, averaging 1.4s per page hit. The organization needed a scalable tracking pipeline capable of monitoring 1M+ active page hits per day with zero latency.
Research & Strategy
Our technical audit identified hydration overhead in legacy client-side frameworks and unindexed PostgreSQL database queries as primary bottlenecks.
Engineering Solution
We bootstrapped a Next.js 16 environment using React Server Components to eliminate client hydration overhead, mapped data structures using Drizzle ORM to PostgreSQL, and structured a Hono API caching layer with Redis fallback keys.
